How long does it take for the heating oil to reach your home from our depot?
When you place your order, it usually takes between 7-10 days for your heating oil to arrive. From time to time, when demand for heating oil is very high, for example in very bad cold weather snaps, it can sometimes take a little longer.
Ask your local team when you call and they will give you a delivery time and make sure you’re happy with it before you place your order. As a guide, always try and order a heating oil top up before your tank is almost empty so you don’t get caught without heating.

When should you replace your heating oil tank?
Whilst most heating oil tanks will last around twenty years, as they age the likelihood of problems increases. It’s important to check your tank regularly, especially in advance of any heating oil deliveries.
If your tank is over 10 years old, it’s even more important to check for any signs of damage, or for risks of leaks and spillages.
